NEUHAUS NEOTEC looks back on a company history of more than 80 years and has been developing machines and plant components for coffee processing for more than 50 years. Be it roasting, grinding or the entire handling, we continuously develop new solutions to optimize the processes for our customers. For many years NEUHAUS NEOTEC has been among the world's leading suppliers of machines and plants for coffee processing. In addition to the core components, i.e. roasters and grinders, the product portfolio covers the entire process chain from green coffee intake to the preparation of the roasted coffee for packaging. The most advanced plant control systems ensure a smooth production flow as well as monitoring of the individual process steps.
Today almost all major coffee producers are among our customers. Our roasting and grinding plants are in operation on all continents of the world. They are used for the production of filter coffee, espresso specialities and instant coffee variants. Coffees refined with our roasting machines have already won several awards.

Our Commitment - Environmental Protection and Careful Use of Resources
NEUHAUS NEOTEC has always been committed to developing energy-saving and thus environmentally friendly solutions and thanks to innovative ideas was able to minimise the environmental impact. The energy balance of our roasters is definitely one of the best on the market.
To achieve this primary goal, our roasters offer the following solutions:
Optimum heat transmission and air ducting
Low roasting temperature
No mechanical agitating or beating tools
No water quenching in the roaster required
Very low percentage of exhaust air compared to other systems
As an option, energy can be saved by preheating the coffee batch and the combustion air. By means of RTO systems, exhaust heat can be made available for further processes.
For exhaust air treatment we offer, both for new installations and for upgrading existing plants, comprehensive customized solutions based on the applicable legal requirements and the different types of emission:
hydrocarbons and carbon oxide compounds
nitrogen oxides
dust
odour
noise
We use environmentally competitive materials for our plants.
